Our Story
CareStack was born from a simple observation: home care agencies were drowning in administrative chaos while their best caregivers were walking out the door.
The founding team spent two years embedded with home care agencies across the country, watching schedulers make 50+ calls a day for shift coverage, seeing billing specialists manually enter EVV data into multiple systems, and hearing countless stories of great caregivers leaving because they felt undervalued and overworked.
The existing software wasn't helping — agencies were paying for 5-8 disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other, built on technology from 2005, with no AI, no mobile-first thinking, and certainly no focus on the caregiver experience.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built CareStack: a modern, integrated platform that treats caregivers as valued professionals, gives agencies the tools they need to succeed, and uses AI to predict and prevent problems before they happen.
Today, CareStack powers hundreds of agencies and connects thousands of caregivers with meaningful work. We're reducing turnover by 50%, filling urgent shifts in under 2 hours, and helping agencies focus on what matters: delivering exceptional care.
